Course Description

• This course is a complete Forklift training and licensing package held in a simulated work environment.
• NO experience necessary and NO log book necessary.
• The Beginners Forklift course has a 100% success rate! If students need extra training to pass their exams and become competent operators, they are invited back for more training at NO extra cost!
• On successful completion of the course, students are able to legally operate a forklift and will be issued with an Interim licence (to be used until a photographic licence has been processed with Workplace Health and Safety).
• FMS do not believe in charging any 'hidden' fees for our courses.

•   Full log book training on a range of forklift machines
•   All course documents
•   Forklift training log book & training plan
•   Forklift assessment
•   Statement of Attainment and Assessment Summary Form (Interim Forklift Licence)

 

 

Prerequisites

 

•   Over the age of 18
•   Can read and write basic English
•   Able to complete a short answer written exam
•   Able to complete a practical forklift driving assessment

*Courses are held at our Lawnton premises and are subject to availability. All course fees ($550) must be booked and paid for at the time of booking to assure a position in the course. All other Terms and Conditions apply. On completion of the course, students must take their paperwork (given to them by FMS) to Australia Post for processing. Australia Post charge a $72.00 licensing fee.
